How to Request a Custom Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvas

How to Request a Custom Hand Painted Needlepoint Canvas

Thank you so much for your interest in my custom needlepoint canvases! I hand paint and stitch paint each canvas in my home studio in Rutherfordton, NC. I specialize in converting photographs to stitch painted needlepoint canvases, and incorporate lots of color, detail, and realism into my designs. I keep my portfolio of custom needlepoint canvases on Instagram @stephrzonca_creative.

Some things to know:
- You must submit a photo or image reference. Even if it’s text based, I want you to give me the exact visual of what you’re wanting on the needlepoint canvas. I want to give you EXACTLY what you want, so I need the visual! Please upload visuals into the form or email photographs to me at stephanie@spellboundstitchery.com once you complete your form.
- You must submit size and mesh type. I can let you know if I think it needs to be bigger or could be smaller, but you must include a dimension as a starting point.
- You must include phone number, email address, or carrier pigeon or smoke signal reference so that I can have a way to communicate with you throughout your project’s painting day. We will be besties by the time it’s over!
- You must NOT submit requests for logos, copyrighted artwork, or other designers' needlepoint designs that are already on the marketplace. Special circumstances for logos may include - if it is for a business you OWN, or if it is for a business or organization that has given you written permission. I will need documentation of this in order to proceed.
When you submit your form, I will email you as soon as I can with a quote and an estimate for you to immediately submit a deposit if you wish to proceed. I plan to use a 50% deposit system so that when you confirm your order, 50% goes down to ensure your spot in my queue. When the project is complete, and you approve photos, the remaining 50% will be collected, and then I’ll ship the project!

There may be considerable wait times. I will confirm your project’s date with you when I confirm your order.
There may be a possibility that your project cannot be accepted, or your project may not align with my skills and abilities. If this is the case, I will reach out to you to explain the situation and see if we can figure out a solution together.
If you have any questions about the process or need help along the way, please let me know on IG or by email at stephanie@spellboundstitchery.com. Questions about the specifics of the project should be asked within the form in order to streamline the process.
