One of your needlepoint designs is out of stock. Do you know when it will be coming back?
It is very rare that we ever discontinue anything. If something is out of stock, it is likely already in production and we are eagerly awaiting its arrival! The best way to stay informed about your favorite design's arrival is to sign up for restock updates in the item listing. Due to unprecedented circumstances within the needlepoint industry, including raw materials shortages and surging demand for painting and printing, our production partners are no longer able to provide us with an estimated delivery date for our products. Hand painted canvases usually take 3-4 months to arrive, but recently it is taking as long as 6-7 months for needlepoint canvases to restock. Needlepoint stores, designers, and industry partners throughout the needlepoint world greatly appreciate your patience, as we are all experiencing these unprecedented delays.
Can I commission a custom needlepoint project?
Spellbound Stitchery does not provide custom needlepoint services at this time. The only exception to this is in the case of Lambert Art pet portraits - if you commission a custom painting of your pet through Lambert Art, we are able to convert that artwork to needlepoint and add it to the Lambert Art collection in our needlepoint line. Please reach out to Lambert Art directly to initiate a pet portrait.
Can I sign up for a wholesale account?
Spellbound Stitchery does not provide custom needlepoint services at this time. We are accepting wholesale applications for brick and mortar, needlepoint or needlework specific retail stores only at this time. Please send an email to allison@spellboundstitchery.com with your relevant store contact details, sales tax ID number, and any other information we may need to get you onboarded. Approved Needlepoint Stores may shop our wholesale line at https://www.spellboundstitcherywholesale.com/ after setting up an account. Please send us a message to get started.
