Here is The Hanged Man. The Hanged Man is the 12th card in the Major Arcana cycle, and the zodiac affinity is Neptune.

A man is suspended by one leg, his arms tied behind his back, in limbo. His position allows him to see the world from a different point of view, and he has completely surrendered to his reality upside-down. The tree he is suspended from is alive and growing, and the flowers and greenery remind us that growth and expansion continue even as (especially as) we are placed in uncomfortable situations.

When The Hanged Man card is drawn in a reading, it asks us to shift our perspective. Perhaps our sacrifice is instead a great gain. It is time to surrender rather than fight, and come out the victor in the end.
