Introduction to Needlepoint In-Person Class, Rutherfordton, NC

Join Stephanie to learn the basics of needlepoint!

In this in-person, 2 hour class, you will learn what makes needlepoint different from other fiber arts and embroidery types, and learn the how-to's of needlepoint stitching. Basic stitches will be taught including the continental stitch, basketweave stitch, and half-cross stitch. Students will leave confident to take on their first needlepoint project!

All materials will be provided for this class, including hand-painted canvas, stretcher frame, tacks, scissors, thread, needle threader, project bag, and needle minder. Materials are included in the class price.

Class price breakdown: $40 for the kit and $10 per hour of instruction.
